If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

Returned goods must be sent back within the period required by applicable law.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to:

  • An error on our part,

customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel it, and the standard return procedure will apply.
